The bubble has been signed autographed by Nikita with "The Russian Nightmare Nikita Koloff" and includes a QR code COA from Highspots over the UPC code. They were produced in 2009 by Jakks Pacific and are on their original card however part of the top of the bubble has pulled away from the card as best seen in the 4th photo as well as additional wear to the edges and corners as can be seen in the photos.
