The price is per rim, but if you buy the other 3 the defective 1 is free (if you want it). You can then either repair or sell for scrap. The items are located in Daytona Beach, FL if you are relatively close to avoid shipping costs, and if you're in Volusia county I will deliver to a destination of your choice. If your coming from multiple hours away I'm also willing to drive for 60-90 mins in your direction to help out and reduce your time.
