Description: VTG Diablo Sm Blue WESTERN LEATHER FRINGE CHAPS W Silver Sturdy ZIPPER 28" - 30". The waist buckle is small and on the back of it is stamped; "Diablo" so this could be the maker of these but I'm not sure. I know these are vintage and probably made in USA or Mexico. The length from the top of the waist to the bottom of the leg is 37" The BACK of the leg of the pant is longer - about 39. There were originally some leather strings in the waist of these and I think also at the bottom but the leather strings have been removed - it would surely be easy to replace these. These chaps are not the made in China cheap ones - these are relatively thick leather and well made. Really nice!
