Description: This is a vintage and an antique, art deco from the 1920s, all platinum and diamond ladies wristwatch. The watch belonged to my friend's grandmother and I am selling it for her. In 1998 she had it appraised in Philadelphia and the appraisal is in the photos. I took the watch to the New York Jewelry Exchange to a watch repair that I know. He opened the watch and told me it's a very good one. There were 3 dates scratched inside where it had been opened and possibly repaired. The watch is missing its stem and needs a cleaning. There are no markings on the face. The watch has her grandmother's 3 initials on the back. There are 3 marquis-shaped diamonds on each side of the case that are beautiful. There are 30 diamonds total. Her grandmother was probably tiny because the band is short. Please see and read both pages of the appraisal for all of the technical information. As noted on the appraisal the entire watch including the band is platinum. My friend's grandmother was from a well-to-do family so I know that the watch is a very good one.
