Description: Large, 36" Tinsmith "Blow Horn" Stake Blacksmith Anvil In Hardwood Stump I retired from the jewelry business last year and was left with many tools that will never be used again. So, for your consideration... 36" Tinsmith Anvil Features: Flat Face: 21" x 2-1/8" (Tapers from approx. 1" to 1/2") Length of Horn: 14 1/2"( 7 1/2" in circumference at widest point) Overall Length: 36" Height: 14"-15" (Approximate because the stake is buried in the stump) Makers Mark: (what I could discern) "NN & T. WKS 4" and an anchor stamp This anvil is mounted in a 17" tall hardwood stump and sits level at 26". I used this anvil a few times over the years. Not really suited for the jewelry business as I had intended but beautiful nonetheless. I'm sure this will make a fine addition to any craftsman's smithy. There is also a nice Sampson Jr 5499 bench vise mounted to the stump that I will leave attached. I really don't want to deal with the hassle of shipping this beast so local pick up only please.
