Description: Vintage, mid-century Zenith Model 6S511 that is in working condition. I was able to receive stations quite readily by using the push button feature (the dial indicator does not function when using the knob - it will need to be restrung) and the reception was good, with minimal background noise. The teal/robin egg bluecolor on the body is not original, but it was well done. Some of the paint is scraped off on the ride side near the front edge (see photos), revealing the original black color, which is very desirable. The radio still presents well on a shelf or you can strip it down to it's original black or repaint the body. There are no cracks to the body. The power cord appears to be a replacement, as there is an on/off switch on the cord. Attractive radio that will be a fine addition to your collection.
