This item is in great shape visually, buti It is dusty & dirty, & in need of a good cleaning, unless you are going for that authentic aged look. When I bench tested it, the light worked well, but I couldn't get the wheels to turn. It sounds like a loose or broken wire, but I don't know for sure. Therefore, I will call this a "parte Only" locomotive. Since nothing is perfect, so be sure to use the zoom feature to look at any & all cosmetic issues.
