Description: This GORGEOUS Holmes County, Ohio Amish cotton and cotton blend 25-patch / checkerboard quilt is all treadle machine pieced and hand quilted, with the initials "YDM" and the date "1984" hand quilted in two corners.It measures 45" X 52" and is in excellent condition, with a couple of small, faint spots and no wear. There are straight line, leafy vine, heart, and other designs quilted throughout at 7-8 stitches to the inch. The back is slate blue, the hand stitched binding is lavender, and the batting is thin. The pics just don't do justice to this vintage AUTHENTIC OHIO AMISH COLLECTOR'S QUILT -- it's even nicer in real life!
