Description: 1988 (Series 7) Hasbro G.I. Joe ~Budo v1 action figure near complete w/ file card.Figure is in great shape overall with tight joints and o-ring, and minimal paint wear. Near complete - the sai is missing, but all the other accessories are included. File card appears to be crease-free but there are a few other imperfections. Sold as is.
