I believe that this was made in the U.S. I would call the condition GOOD. The paint is still pretty nice, but is does has some small scattered paint nicks. The silver on the hubs has significant wear. The racing stripe was applied over the front windshield. There is a little wear to the side stickers. The pictures tell the story.
