It reads: DRINK OUR "DOUBLE RICH MALTED MILK. It has the red, white and blue Borden's Malted Milk product logo of the time, and would have been used in soda fountains. It is in good condition. Has been folded. Looks like the right and left were trimmed slightly maybe to fit in a frame.
