Description: VINTAGE 14k YELLOW GOLD BLUE SAPPHIRE RING SIZE 6 1/2………I have owned this piece for over 40 + years and never wore it. I believe they are genuine sapphires from the color,cut and age of the ring. I am not guaranteeing that they are authentic. Quite a lovely ring. All original prong set. Each stone is held in by 6 prongs each.The blue sapphires are faceted,with slight abrasion to the stone.I saw no chips.The stones are secure. The inside has no markings.
