Even though I often clean them, they are old. They will have crackles and pops due to dust and wear. I personally own brand new records that have crackles and pops. I am not Costco or Walmart, I am a small record store. Please don't ask for a refund if you hear crackles and pops on certain tracks. If you want a mint record, you should buy it new - even then, if you don't clean it, it will have crackles and pops.
