I purchased the book through a comic subscription service (Friendy Frank's) back in 1985. I read it once and then stored it for the last 39 years in smoke and pet - free environments. A while back, I had the raw book pressed, graded and encapsulated by CGC. It came back a beautiful 9.8 (Near Mint/Mint) with off-white to white pages. According to the recent CGC Census, in the Universal catagory there are 311 copies graded 9.8 (none higher!) out of a total of 2909 books graded. The case is pristine and was only handled in order to photograph the book. This book would make a great addition to any collection. Please message me with any questions.
