Description: Here for sale is a great example of a Tuthill Daisy & Cosmos Star bowl from the American Brilliant Period of cut glass. Measures about 8" in diameter and about 3 3/4" deep. It has a clear signature. It is in great condition showing only some minor pattern flakes on the interior rim and chip on the bottom of the bowl (see pictures). It is a beautiful water clear blank with fine cutting and engraving. A hard to find size. Clean and clear surfaces with virtually no wear. This piece is pictured in Crofford's The Rich Cut Glass of Charles Guernsey Tuthill, page 62 upper right photo. Will make a standout addition to your American Brilliant collection.
