So I would usually buy them, open them quickly to inspect, and then store them in a closet for years. (That wasn't the intent, just how it happened.) The figurines range in size from 4" (the Darling Children) to is approximately 11" tall (the Totem Pole). Each figurine comes in its original box in its original packaging. The figurines were expertly sculpted by Disney Artist Dusty Horner. Limited to only 1000 pieces, each figurine is numbered 530 out of 1000 and comes with a wooden base to use for display (or not). There is one Certificate of Authenticty that covers the entire set, as these were only sold as a set. They are part of the WDCC Signature Series. The animators also asked me to act out the role in live-action reference films, and I was particularly thrilled by the flying scenes -- once I got used to the heights. I feel blessed that I was able to observe the entire process as a child. It was a gift that made a tremendous impression on me and has stayed with me throughout my life. In sculpting the Fireside Celebration, it was an enormous -- and enormously fun -- challenge to portray such unique personalities as the comical Chief and the loverly Tiger Lily. The scene offered not only rarely portrayed characters such as the Lost Boys but also Peter Pan and the Darling children with colorful additions to their traditional costumes. Peter's elaborate headdress was especially exciting to sculpt, and its dynamic shape helps convey his exhilarating dance with Tiger Lily, Counting Michael's teddy bear, there are a "lucky" 13 number of characters.
