Description: Shiny Brite Plastic putz style Village House Christmas Decorations w Box Vtg 50s. These are sold as I found them. The box is labeled Hong Kong. They were in this box when I purchased them from an estate. The box is labeled shiny bright Christmas decorations, manufactured for Max Eckardt and sons. New York New York. I can't find an item exactly like this for comparable purposes. These are in overall good vintage condition, with some slight imperfections and one item needing glued. Please review all photos closely for how the houses will be received. One of the houses does have a tree that has fallen off of its base, and needs reglued, which I will allow the new owner to do. Some of the glue has yellowed a bit, as you can see in the photographs. The wheel on the mill does still turn. There is still Mica glitter on the roofs. The bottoms vary as shown. The box has creases wrinkles and a tear in the plastic, the box definitely has wear from storage over time. These are made of a hard plastic like material, they are not made of cardboard.
