Description: Royal Worcester Evesham 8 1/2 Casserole Dish W/Lid Shape 22 Size 3 Gold Handles Evesham, named after the local fruit-growing region near Worcester, was Royal Worcester's best-selling brand of the late 20th century. The original painted fruit sprays were painted by Professor Baker, Ronald van Ruyckevelt, Peter Ewence and other members of the team in the Royal Worcester Design Department. The gold on the handles is worn on the edges and a little bit of the gold on the lid on the handle. There is a dark streak on the inner rim of the bottom of the casserole dish. I soaked it but it didn't come off. It could probably get scrubbed off. Please see the photos. But there are no chips or cracks. This was made to go from the oven to the table. Very pretty pattern. Thanks for looking.
