RARE Jack Crain Classic Blades W.O.W. Battle Baton

Description: RARE Jack Crain Classic Blades WOW Battle Baton Jack Crain designed this beast of a dagger for the tv show War of the Worlds. This thing is built like a miniature broad sword!! Super thick steel and a hefty 1 pound, 4.4 ounces!! The WOW Battle Baton by Crain Classic Blades features a satin finished double edged blade, .241" blade thickness and 2" width, with hidden tang construction. The handle has a bead blasted steel guard and butt with wood handle. Comes with black leather sheath and nylon zippered case. 9" blade 15.5" overall. Condition is very good. Some light wear/marks to the sheath. All stitching is tight and solid, no rips or frays. The blade is very good at a minimum, I dont see any signs of use or sharpening. The satin finish does show some haze in some spots, likely from a protective oil coating drying up over the decades? I have left the knife as is, but some Mother's Mag or Flitz chrome polish would give it a nice shine if one wanted. Note that the darker/discolored spots in the photos are reflection, there are no dark or discolored spots, its all silver color. Overall condition is Very Good or better. NOTE: these are definitely scarce and one source said that only 128 were made, but I cant verify that for sure as Crain died in 2016. The knife was featured in an issue of SWAT Fighting Knives which may have further information on amounts made. Please review all of the photos as they are part of the description.
