Game was played on October 22, 1983 at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Long Beach. Long Beach and San Jose played a tough game with SJSU taking an 18-9 win in the game built around an early version of the West Coast or Spread offense. The game was exciting and very physical with lots of scoring, big plays and action. The game was converted to DVD from the original game film. It is not taken from a television broadcast so be aware of the following: 1) There is no audio - this is game film; 2) The game is not displayed in sequence - this is game film; 3) The game is in black and white - this is game film; 4) The quality is good but not flawless - this is game film!!! I have attached a couple of screen shots of the actual game. The DVD you receive is playable on all devices - computer or DVD player. The equipment, time and effort required to create this DVD is complex and expensive. Therefore, the DVD you receive is digitally encrypted so that it cannot be duplicated.
