Description: A wonderful antique Georgian 9K gold, silver, turquoise paste and diamond floral heart pendant, dating to circa 1790. This gorgeous antique George III late 18th century 9K gold and silver pendant has a beautiful look with the main body consisting of a large turquoise paste cabochon with an inlaid floral design set with graduating turquoise paste beads and a glittering old cut natural diamond and all framed with a halo of silver set large turquoise paste beads, dangling from a pretty turquoise paste bead studded heart and ribbon set underneath a bail set with further graduating turquoise paste beads. The reverse of the pendant is all closed back and made of solid 9K gold, the beads are set in silver, the main cabochon is set in gold. The pendant is unmarked and tests for 9K gold and silver. The pendant measures approximately 2 inches x 1 inches and is about 1/2 inch high. The turquoise paste cabochon measures about 20mm x 14mm, the largest turquoise paste beads measure about 3mm and the diamond is about 2mm across. The pendant has a total weight of approximately 14.1 grams. The pendant is in very good condition with all over light general wear. Thanks for looking and please take a look at my other items!
