My mother collected American Girl Dolls, accessories, and clothes. She recently passed and we are selling some of the collection. She had a very large collection of dolls, exquisite 1" and .5" scale dollhouse miniatures, doll houses, and dollhouse building supplies/tools. (She loved to shop on EBay!) Everything I'm selling on EBay is in excellent condition, clean, often new or never opened, and always stored indoors in her smoke-free home. I'm labeling these as "new" because they have never been used/opened, but they were not purchased recently. They've been stored in her home for a few years. I will be posting items gradually as this process takes time. Please understand that I am not a doll/miniature collector, so I may not be able to answer specific questions about the items.
