A bit of googling online will turn up a history of Pennino jewelry and you can read about what these Italian brothers created. These faux diamond, clip-on, bangle earrings have been in my family since the 1950s. My mother only wore them with ballgowns on formal occasions, so the earrings were rarely worn. They have not been worn since the 1960s, and have been carefully stored since that time. Thus they are in perfect condition, very sparkly, and with perfectly functioning clips.
