Description: Console was tested and powers on but no video. I tried a good known game slot and jumper pak. Board looks to be in good condition. I found one transistor that had 12 volts and the other pin had 1.5 volts(needed 5 volts). Replaced transistor, it now has 5 volts but still no video. Console only.
