Description: We have here a group of (10) World War II War Ration stamp books, including one full set of books 1-4. They once belonged to members of the Martino family that lived at 123 W. Gibson St in Canandaigua, NY. The full set of books belonged to Mary Martino. Book 1 has three stamps remaining. Book 2 is empty. Books 3 and 4 are not full but have a majority of the stamps remaining. Leonard Martino was the owner of Books 2, 3 and 4. Book 2 is empty. Books 3 and 4 are not full but have a majority of the stamps remaining. Robert Martino was the owner of Books 1, 2 and 4. Books 1 and 2 are empty. Book 2 has an OPA stamp on the front. Book 4 is not full but has a majority of the stamps remaining. I can only guess that Books 1 and 2 allowed folks to buy some pretty good stuff.
