I spread it evenly through out me hair but with more focus on my ends. After drying my hair and styling, I use an additional drop on my ends. I have long hair (mid back) color-treated, bleached hair with damage and breakage. OLAPLEX® gave my hair new life. You can use just No.7 Bonding Oil or add to No.6. Regardless of which way you use it, keep in mind a little goes a long. If you use too much hair will look flat and lack volume. Start with a drop, you can always add more. Since you use so little, a bottle will last a long time. I use the Bonding Oil™ on my next-day hair too. I am not a licensed hair stylist but I am a consumer like you.
