Photos lightened to show detail but color is a true black, it is not faded or gray. Made from thick cotton ramie yarn with a medallion pattern running through the center with a scalloped hem. Pull on style. Waistband is stretchy/comfy and does not dig. The lining is black polyester. I used safety pins to hem up the lining so the skirt would be sheer at the bottom, but you can remove the pins to make the lining long again.
