Cancellations and Returns for Custom-Made Items: -Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged since the items are made to fit specific customers’ needs. -Orders placed for delivery to a different address other than that of the cardholder must be confirmed by phone, email, or fax. The cardholder will need to contact the credit card company and add the new address as an alternative ship-to address. Once the order has been verified, the merchandise will be shipped to the third party. -Custom-made item orders should be shipped within 7-9 weeks after accounting for possible delays due to weather, customs inspection at port, etc. -Unlike many other online retailers, we DO NOT bill credit cards before an order is processed. A confirmation email with all details listed will be emailed to the customer.
