Description: Large Navajo Sand Painting "Eagle Dancer" Artist Signed Amelia Watchman (1948 - 2021), READ CONDITION BELOW This was in a pile of art in a thrift store. "Piles" of art make me want to cry, but I am proud to have saved this before it was damaged even more. Although I describe a number of flaws with this piece below, it is still a great example of Amelia Watchman's talent as an artist. Our price reflects the condition. Dimensions: 14" x 19" Condition: There are three areas of noticeable damage. One scratch on and above the shoulder including some loss of sand (see photo). There are a series of scratches near the foot and yucca plant with minor loss of sand on the foot (see photos). There is a chip in the sand at the lower right corner with some light scratches (see photo). There are also other more minor scratches and scuffs.
