Description: Hi everyone!Sorry to interrupt your searches for the latest Farley Mowat autobiography, but for sale is a Non-Fiction Canadian Classic: Used Sweatshirt edition. (Just trying to imagine the first company meeting: "Ok, we're opening up a bookstore here in Canada. Got any suggestions, Bob?" "How aboot Non-Fiction Canadian Classic?" "Great idea!" . . . *day of opening* "I changed my mind. I'm going to open a clothing store instead." "But it's been over 30 days! We can't return the sign anymore!" "That's ok! No one will notice!" . . . except me. #iknowwhatyoudidlaststoregrandopening) It's 100% cotton, Made in Canada, and Size L, although it fits me and I'm a medium sorta guy so it might be leaning slightly towards M, too. It's got a lot of "it's been washed" pilling and lint, a few stains, and the ribbed areas (cuff / hem) are kind of bumpy for some reason (see pictures), but other than that, it's in wearable condition.Ok, using the How to Measure a Sweater website, here are the measurements:Neck to Shoulder: 11.5 inchesShoulder to sleeve opening: 24.5Sleeve length: 36Shoulder to Shoulder: 22.5Chest: 26 across, 56 aroundFront Length: 27.5Hem: 21 across, 42 aroundSleeve cuff: 3.5 across, 7 around (stretchable to about 8 around)Y'know, this is usually the part of description where I say that I'm "Not sure when/where I got this from," but I just noticed upon measuring the sweatshirt for this repost that by the chest area, it has the words "Mission Hill Family Estate" looking like it was sewn in with invisible ink. Wow, compared to Nike which screams its logos at you: "BUY NIKE!", this would be a whisper, "H-hi, this is Mission Hill calling. H-hey, do you want to come visit our estate sometime? Or, or, not, it's up to you. Um, ummmm, k, bye Nike."That aside, I'm actually still not sure when/where I got this from because I don't even know where Mission Hill Family Estate is, although I do have a lot of relatives who travel the world and send me clothing from random places as souvenirs, so maybe that's its origin story. If that's the case, please stop, no one likes receiving clothing of places they haven't been to. Oh wait, I forgot I'm trying to sell this, oh haha, what am I saying, everybody loves these types of clothes! It's the new fashion fad! Didn't you see Lady Gaga with the "Party City, Timbuktu" pullover at the last Met Gala? Oh God, this epilogue is getting longer than Return of the King's, let's hit that goodbye macro I used to use at eBay. Thank you for being a valuable member of eBay, have a Happy Holiday and Wonderful 2009! ahh no, not that one. Sigh, speaking of the holidays, I think I'll just wrap this up myself:Anyway, the non-fiction truth is that I have enough sweatshirts to take up a entire 746 dewey decimal library aisle, so this one's getting taken off the shelf.SHIPPING DETAILS!• Shipping is FREE within Canada and to the USA.
