The numbers and names come in a sticky transparent film called a carrier. The name and number carriers may stick to each other and that's OK. You will also receive the nameset with a brownish craft paper material that you can use to press the numbers as shown on the video. You'll receive an additional TEST transfer that you can apply on an old shirt so you can practice before you do your nameset, and you'll be an expert in no time.
