Description: This floral towel set pattern was advertised as "Daisy Chain" for obvious reasons. It was manufactured mid-century, around 1960 by Cone Mills. The bath towel has a Haynes by Cone label and the wash cloth and hand towel have Cone labels but they all match in color, pattern and fabric. The terry feels thicker than most of the pretty patterned towels I have run across from that time period. These are a must-have for anyone who loves collecting unique and charming pieces of history. DETAILS: The daisies are fabulous against the baby blue terry cloth background and reverse on the other side. The set includes one washcloth, one hand towel, and one bath towel, all made of matching soft and absorbent cotton material. The original ribbon and Gift Ensemble card are also included. They seem to be made with quality materials and workmanship. There is some faint dustiness.
