Description: Presented today is this nice, mid 20th century Mayan styled trinket box. It measures 4 by 7 by 2 and a half inches tall. It was picked up by a dear, departed friend, on a trip to the Yucatan peninsula in the 1970's. Inside is (i am told) a prehistoric piece of Mayan copper, which apparently was unnoticed by customs.
