A qualified tech or luthier has inspected and setup with light gauge strings, polished the frets and dressed the fingerboard. This guitar has been properly hydrated and stored at 45% humidity. The case has also been cleaned. Any noteworthy damage beyond normal wear is clearly shown in photos. Any repairs done or evidence of prior repairs are disclosed.
