In addition, 1.5 inch continuous hook and loop closures are located along the outside of the covering. This hypothermia kit also features an insulated top-to-bottom tapered shape that maximizes isothermal potential. Included oxygen- activated 4-Cell Ready Heat blanket is self-heating and is designed to provide up to 10 hours of continuous dry heat without requiring any external power supply. Vacuum-packaged in a rugged, pliable pouch featuring NAR’s Red Tip Technology with tabs that allow easy access and swift deployment. The new top and bottom insulation layers surpass the insulation value of the Army Module Sleep System Patrol Bag. This insulation is highly compactable but also has outstanding rebound after being opened.
