This can be worn by a man or woman to proclaim your Christian faith and keep Jesus close to your heart.It has also been found that the Holy Face image on the shroud is a match of the physical features of the Face of Jesus in the Divine Mercy image, which makes the prayer on the back of this medal very fitting. Comes gift boxed and with a Holy Face prayer card, plus a gift bag and tissue paper for gift-giving.The Shroud of Turin is said to be the burial cloth of Jesus upon which can be seen a image of His Crucified Body which may have been miraculously made just at the time of the Resurrection due to the great Power and Light which may have occurred. Many tests have been done on the Shroud, including recent carbon dating which claims the Shroud was made in medieval times; although most experts believe an error was made in collecting the sample for testing. Other studies have shown the linen to be of first century Middle Eastern origin containing pollen grains which would be found in ancient Jerusalem; as well as many studies by experts of the image itself which seems to be authentic. More evidence appears to be that the blood on the Shroud matches that of the blood found in the various Eucharistic miracles such as the one in Lanciano, Italy. I believe the Shroud of Turin is the burial shroud of Our Lord and shows the miraculous image of His Holy Face. The prayer cards which come with our rosaries, medals and pictures are home-made, created using a "greeting card" program on a computer and printed in full color on nice quality paper.
