The ceramic magnets in combination with being wound with high quality Elektrisola Enamel Copper Wire add depth, brightness and clarity and this sets chords will sound almost subsonic with lower tunings, but balance nicely with the crunchy treble keeping everything well defined. Ideal with a 500k pots for great high-end cut or you could try a 250k pot to sweeten and soften the tone for smoother styles. This combined set of pickups are great for playing a wide range of music styles including classic rock, southern rock and hard rock and extreme metal. You can wire these standard, coil tapping, splitting or series/parallel style. Pole spacing is 50mm neck and 52mm bridge. This set is comparable to Seymour Duncan's Mark Holcomb Alpha & Omega's and in my opinion will out perform them.
