Description: Hearth and Home Magazine ~ January 1929 ~ TWINS ~ Augusta Maine Click images to enlarge Description This is an original copy of a monthly publication called Hearth and Home from Augusta, Maine January, 1929. Cover art by Florence Pearl England Nosworthy. It is about home life in the 1920s with a fair amount of product advertising in black and white along the sides of the pages in the back. Also puzzles, short stories, and medical cures and potions. It is still in good condition and without printing on the cover. Just some wear from use. It is a little fragile because of both it's age and the pulp paper that was used for printing. A yearly subscription was 25 cents. Size is about 10-1/2" x 13" and 31 pages. Comes from a non smoking home. Shipping Items paid for late in the day, may not be packed for shipping until the next business day/evening, and leave the following day.
