Description: Kohler 1052861 Memoirs White Toilet Tank Lid This lid is in FLAWLESS condition - no chips, cracks or scratches Approximately 17-1/4" x 8-1/2" as measured from the underside at the widest points (not at beveled sides, look carefully at placement of rulers in my photos). Please note that slight variations occur during the kiln process and slight differences in measurement usually do not affect a proper fit. There are several Kohler Memoir Toilets so please be sure to check your measurements and placement of rulers and my measurements in my photos Your tank may be marked K4491, K4434 or K4641 to accept this lid Your tank should measure about 16-1/2" x 8" at the top to accept this lid NOTE: This lid is NOT interchangeable with the Kohler 84406 or 84407 lid Dated 07/25/2011 on underside label Cleaned and completely sanitized - ready for you to just place atop your toilet tank! Some tank lids for sale out there are filthy - I get mine so clean you can eat off of them (although I would not recommend it). Please look at all of my photos using the zoom feature and you will be able to see all parts of this toilet lid. Then, make your own assessment as to condition and usefulness to you. Please disregard the reflections and flash spots in the photos. I will package carefully with lots of bubble wrap and one box inside another to ensure safe delivery to you. This is a very heavy lid - Be sure to check all shipping methods available on the shipping drop-down list as the first option may not be the cheapest for your area.
