This is an original lid and not a cheap plastic reproduction or wood facsimile American Standard's color white is not a bright white (see sheet of white paper atop this lid in my photos for your reference Measures approximately 17" at the longest part from the underside and 7-3/4" across the direct center of the underside (see placement of rulers in photos) Your tank should measure about 16" x 7" at the top to accept this lid Your tank may be marked 4021.416, among others, to accept this lid This particular lid came off an American Standard Champion 4 Toilet Fits Champion 4 Models 2004.012, 2004.014, 2004.314, 2034.014 or 2034.314, among others Note: Variations occur during the manufacturing and firing processes in the kiln, so slight measurement differences are quite possible with the lid still fitting your tank.
