What can be repaired under $97.97 auction price (parts and labor included in the price): - Damaged HDMI port: pins are bent, broken or missing inside the port - Ripped pads/broken traces/missing components: due to improper or failed HDMI port removal/replacement attempts - PS5 WLOD (White Light of Death): HDMI port looks fine and system boots to white light, but doesn't produce any image due to Video Encoder IC failure - Xbox Series S|X HDMI Redriver IC or ESD/HDMI Source IC failure: HDMI port looks fine, system turns on and controller syncs up to it, but it doesn't display anything, or picture is locked into 480p output only NOT REPAIRABLE WITH THIS SERVICE - XBOX SERIES S|X WITH SSD FAILURE: System will have following symptoms after being turned on: doesn't respond to Sync/Bind button, doesn't see/detect the controller (even if it's connected to the system via USB cable, Xbox button on it doesn't light up), won't respond to Power button (pressing it once doesn't power the system off), the fan will stop spinning after 30 seconds or so and system will shut off by itself after about 2 minutes of being on (during this time it will not output any signal at all, TV will act as if HDMI cable is not even connected) IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PS5: Make sure your system boots into solid white light (on the power indicator lights), before sending it in.
