Description: Firefly FFST-SFL-537 Classic Style Electric Guitar - Red/White - Monterey Pop. This brand new 2024 Firefly guitar is a standard, full size solid body electric guitar. The guitar body is Roasted Mahogany with a red & white color with a detailed flower graphic on front of the body and on the white pickguard. The back of the body has a candy-apple red color that is flawless. The neck is Roasted Canadian Maple with a Rosewood fretboard of 22 stainless steel ball-end frets with multi-color dot inlay. The neck is 25.5 inch scale length, with a 9.5 inch to 14 inch compound radius, and has locking chrome tuners to keep the guitar in tune. The guitar has three white "Alnico 5" pickups with a five position switch, one volume control and two tone controls (white), with nickel strings and a bone nut. The Korea bridge includes a 2-point floating push-in tremolo, and is a string-thru body design. The guitar comes with an audio/amp cable and neck adjustment tools. The manufacturer's setup is very good, and the action is low for easy playing. The red & white finish and the flower graphic on the front of the guitar and on the pickguard is outstanding. The detail of this flower design is impressive. This guitar color and flower graphic was first seen at the Monterey Pop Festival in 1967, and played by Jimi Hendrix. He lit the original guitar on fire, smashed it on stage, then threw it into the audience. This guitar has all the features that any guitarist could want. This is an exceptional instrument that is ready to play out of the box. This guitar is brand new and has been tested and tuned and was professionally set up by my Luthier.
