Description: We have an American- multi-cultural musical from the Hal Leonard Company and an original song called "Sing, America, Sing!". I used these with upper Elementary students in 4-6 grades. The first one is called "Americans All" is by Cheryl Lavender and Alan Billingsley. It has some parts for speakers in between the songs. The songs are mostly unison and two part harmony. It also has choreography instructions. This includes the teacher edition and CD with full singing and accompaniment and accompaniment only (for performance). It is a celebration of America's multi-culturalism. The second is a single song called Sing, America, SIng by Emily Crocker and John Jacobson. This one also a teacher's edition and a "Show Trax" CD. It is a more difficult two part musical with just the song (with no parts or choreography. This one also could easily be used at a middle school level. Disclaimer- when I bought this at full price, it included a license to perform these. If you want to use these in a classroom, you may need to research whether you need to buy a new license fee to cover yourself.
