It is an open-work style, silver tone metal buckle with yellow & purple enamel coloring and small clear rhinestones, from the 1990s. It is in pretty decent used condition as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age and use. It is missing about 4 of the small clear rhinestones, they can easily be replaced if you live near a Hobby Lobby type store. It measures approximately 4" x 2-5/8" and fits a 1-1/2" wide belt.
