Description: New but with a problem. When I opened the box to inspect,the fence on the corner broke. I think I opened it upside down which didn't help. In researching this house, I think most of these have a problem with the fence. I also think it has something to do with the packaging. All the pieces are present, only one little spot needs to be glued. See photos.
