Deak Came to the US in 1939, became a paratrooper in 1942. Worked with OSS(office of Strategic Services). At the end of the war, OSS dissolved. Department of State Bureau of Intelligence(INR) & the Central Intelligence Group(CIG), resumed the espionage activities behind enemy lines, propaganda, subversion, and post war planning. These agencies were the intermediary precursors to the Centra Intelligence Agency(CIA). Following the war, Nikolas acquired Perera US, Inc. The CIA helped Nikolas found "Deak-Perera" as a front to help move money around the globe. This helped fund coups & friendly regimes while insulating the US Government. This company became a legitimate bank used by American families purchase French francs & German marks. Deak-Perera helped The CIA and several institutions launder funds though these wars via military contracts & precious metals. Nikolas Deak's financial group was shaken in the late 70s, early 80s with several money laundering scandals(Lockheed Bibery Scandal) and criminal connections such as Mob & Cartel's money laundering accounts. November 1985 Nikolas Deak & his assistant, Frances Lauder, were "assassinated" by Lois Lang, a homeless bearded bag lady. Lois Lang had a promising stint at the University of Illinois, marriage in 1960, and coaching tennis & fencing courses at the University of California in Santa-Barbara. In 1970 She later started to have mental break downs, the college did not renew her contract and her marriage dissolved. She was later put into the care of psychologists with the Stanford Research institute, who received funding from the CIA. Her psychiatrist published reports on drugs used to cause schizophrenia. CIA network of top-secret psychological war programs became revealed to the public in 1975. In 1977, a Freedom Information Act request uncovered thousands of documents, which led to senate hearings . In 2001 some surviving information was declassified. Mercury News ran articles relating the cocaine trade & CIA operations with Nicaraguan Contra Army. Oscar Danilo Blandon, allegedly came to the US and sold cocaine and used the funds to help the Contra Civil war, became a paid informant. Norwin Meneses, Blandon's partner, was also a well known trafficker, and a biographical film was in 2014 "Kill The Messenger" ____________________________________________________________________________________________ The rabbit hole runs deep and equally wide.
