Circa 1800s Knight Head Pommel Militia Sword w/ Metal Scabbard

Description: Up for purchase is late 1800s Knight Head pommel sword. I believe this example is a militia sword that was produced after the Civil War and ordered by a state militia of some kind. Based on the crossguard and grip, I do not believe this is a fraternal sword. Blade is dark with brown patina. Brass has tarnishing, but is in decent condition. Knight Head pommel does rotate, which is typical of swords of this era. Metal scabbard also had brown patina.
