The subtly scalloped edges are hand painted in the palette so typical of Samuel Radford - rust tones, highlights of blue, with masses of gold highlights! Most pieces bear the brown backstamp of Samuel Radford, the RD (registered design) 242144 both stamped or impressed, hand painted pattern number and painter's marks. All pieces are in original antique condition with no chips, cracks, repairs, restoration or undue wear that I can identify. I have included 12 identical sets separately. Ref: 628, 660
