Description: Stunning piece of vintage movie memorabilia. This is a 9 7/8" x 11 1/2" deluxe double weight (DBW) matte finish black and white photo of the cast and director of the film, Born Reckless, from 1930. This photo is one of a group of 15 photos that we acquired that were signed for a Fox Film sales exec, M. A. Levy. They are all exceptionally rare. This photo is signed nicely by Ben Bard, Eddie Gribbon, Warren Hymer, Marguerite Churchill, legendary director John Ford, Edmund Lowe, William Harrigan, Catherine Dale Owen, Joe Brown and Pat Somerset. Photo has a little curl to left and right as you can see from the overall shot. The first picture is a high resolution scan - couldn't fit top of picture as my scanner bed is too small. Photo is in excellent condition with just some light wear overall to surface, edges and corners. Small corner bend at lower left. Tiny indentation on Ben Bard's chest. Some writing on the reverse. Although photo is not authenticated, I believe these signatures to be genuine and am confident that they can be certified. John Ford signature is very nice. (I actually have two other earlier pieces with John's signature that allow you to see how he changed it a little over time) Super rare piece.
