The Black Label Balsa Head Hunter is built after the Zoom WEC E-2 crankbait that the late Ed chambers built. The Black Label Balsa Head Hunter Custom Balsa Squarebill Crankbait is hand crafted and painted by MLF Pro Tour Angler and Bassmaster Classic Champion Cliff Pace to the same specifications as the Zoom WEC E-2. Cliff Pace bought one of Ed Chambers duplicating machines, so the Head Hunter body is cut on the same machine that Ed Chambers used to cut his baits. The Black Label Balsa Head Hunter has a wide poly bill with the line tie coming through the bill, just like the WEC E-2 and has the same desirable quick thumping wobble as the WEC E-2. The Head Hunter Crankbait can be crashed into laydowns, stumps and brush with confidence, this bait comes through cover amazingly well. The Head Hunter crankbait also comes through grass better than most squarebill crankbaits, it can be ripped through grass very effectively.
